When you raise your awareness, you open yourself up to new possibilities and opportunities. You also become more in tune with the universe and the energy that surrounds you. This can lead to a more positive life experience overall.

In this article, we will discuss three ways that you can raise your awareness or “vibration” fast!

First Way: Meditate (with Lumenate)

You probably already know it, but the first way to raise your awareness is through meditation. Meditation allows you to quiet your mind and focus on your breath. This can help you to feel more connected to yourself and the world around you. It is also a great way to reduce stress and anxiety.

Second Way: Get Out in Nature

Another great way to raise your awareness is to get out in nature. When you are surrounded by the beauty of nature, it is hard not to feel connected to something greater than yourself. Spend time hiking, walking in the park, or simply sit in silence and take in your surroundings.

You can also try this: the next time you are outside, close your eyes and allow yourself to feel the energy of the earth beneath your feet.

Visualize the roots of a tree going down deep into the ground.

Now, imagine that you are sending your own roots down into the earth. Feel the connection that you have with all of life around you.

Third Way: Practice Gratitude

I know, I know. You have probably heard this one a million times. But that’s because it works! When you focus on the things that you are grateful for, you naturally raise your consciousness to a more peaceful level. You can do this by keeping a gratitude journal or simply taking a few moments each day to think about the things that you are thankful for.

Try this: each night before you go to bed, think of three things that you are grateful for that happened during the day. It can be something as simple as, “I am grateful for my bed” or “I am grateful for my health.” Just the act of focusing on gratitude will help to raise your emotions, awareness, vibration or whatever you want to call it!
